We have recently improved our messaging system. If you do not follow the user back, their messages will be redirected to message requests and will have to be accepted by you before they are sent to your primary inbox. If you do not wish to receive messages from another user, simply unfollow the user by going to their profile and pressing “Unfollow.”
You can block users at any time by navigating to their profile page, tapping the “More Options” icon at the top right corner, and choosing “Block”. Please click here to learn how to block another user.
Our Report feature also allows you to report any inappropriate content, and we will remove the content as soon as possible.
1. To report a user: Tap “more options” in the upper right corner of the user’s profile page.
2. Tap “Report”
3. Select the content you wish to report from the profile. If you wish to report the user directly, you can do so by selecting “Report [Omlet ID]” from the profile page, or the profile pop-up.
When reporting a user, please select the reason and give us the details of your report, as well as screenshots or any other type of information you wish to include. The more information you provide the faster we can review your report.
Since we manually review all reported content, it may take some time for changes to be reflected on the reported content or the user. However, the more details you provide the faster we will be able to take the necessary measures.
Please make sure you give us all the details of your report, including any screenshots you might have as evidence. If you think content or users should be removed immediately, please contact us if you see content that goes against our Terms of Service.
